Spring is Here3/20/2022 As the seasons change and Spring starts, things in the world start to grow.
Plant some flowers. Even one flower in a small pot in a tiny living space can have a profound effect. Find a flower that either has a smell you can breathe in deeply or looks wonderful in your eyes. Get lucky and find a flower that has both qualities. Plant an herb. Some herbs smell better than others. Some taste better than others. Find one that appeals to your senses. If you have the room, plant as many as you want. Plant vegetables. There are even hanging tomato baskets for inside. Build a planting box for a patio. Have enough land, till up the earth and plant a garden. Get your hands dirty. Run your fingers through the soil as you pile it around your flower, herb, or vegetable. Water it when done planting. If you want more of a challenge, try starting it from a seed. If you look around at some stores, you can find seed packets for $1 or less. A local Rural King had vegetable seeds on sale for 10 for $10. Some were marked $2.49. In these times, that's a great bargain. Watch your plant grow. If it grows all summer into fall, great. If it dies, plant another. Keep going until your plant survives. Even season-hardened farmers lose crops sometimes. When your plant blooms or produces a vegetable, you can step back and be proud of your accomplishment. Allow yourself the happiness of doing something. Smile. Let it lift up your spirit.

Covid Shots3/13/2022 Do your research. Don't just take anyone's word for anything. Even mine. The history of Covid and the covid shots are very alarming. While getting Covid gives you a broad spectrum natural immunity, getting the covid shot appears to kill that natural immunity making reinfection far easier.
With that being said, below are some links to articles regarding Covid and the covid shots. If you really dig into things, there is a lot more information out there. The truth is slowly coming to Light. I don't go to WND but am referencing an article there about excess deaths in 2021. https://www.wnd.com/2022/03/cdc-data-millennials-suffered-alarming-spike-excess-deaths-last-fall/ Three articles from Igor Chudov regarding both Covid and the covid shots. Be Uplifted3/6/2022 In these uncertain times, be hopeful.
In these uncertain times, find people who are of good cheer. In these uncertain times, start an interesting hobby that makes you calm. In these uncertain times, stop reading Fake News every day. If you have to check the news, find reliable, valid sources that have a history of putting out truthful content. Remember the three plus years of Trump-Russia collusion? All Fake News and Lies. Be very wary of every single news outlet that pushed those lies. In these uncertain times, bring family (blood and extended) together that have similar views to reinforce your mental state of being - provided it's based upon truthful reality. Don't stick your head in the sand or ignore reality just because the truth hurts. In these uncertain times, look up gardening. Even apartments can have gardens. Working with earth, seeds, and plants helps clear the mind. In these uncertain times, take stock of what you have. What you don't have will always be at the forefront, so make sure you keep those things that you have that are positives in mind, too. Mental Outlook will help get you through tough times. |
